Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice
The value of the IgG is increased. But for confirmation of diagnosis of varicella, it should be increased atleast 4 times. In your case it seems some previous infection or immunity. Anyways its to be corelated clinically.
I need to know what is the normal range for the laboratory in report. Can you upload the report? Do you have any rash?
Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
Its likely to be shingles- mild case
Detailed Answer:
Hi
That rash was possibly shingles and mild case.
Anyways I will suggest you to increase your immunity. Do some regular exercise, some yoga breathing courses for stress reduction, avoid unnecessary antibiotics, drink cleaner water.
