Brief Answer:
Not much related to blood clotting.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think that the nose bleedings can be a symptom of blood clots.
Tell me if you are having other symptoms such severe headache, abdominal pain, leg pain or shortness of breath which are symptoms most related to blood clotting.
The symptoms may develop up to three weeks from vaccination.
You should not be stressed but stay calm and pay attention if you develop other symptoms.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
