I Had This Happen To Both Hands At The Same

Question: I had this happen to both hands at the same time. red fingers, white palms/back of hands. no pain, no numbness, no heat, no tingling, no swelling, no itching. resolved on its own by next day. no new foods or environmental changes. did not submerge hands in anything or apply anything topical. no medications. two days later I had white areas on the bottom of my feet, some numbness/ cool sensation. resolved on its own. neither have re-occured since first instance. I have celiac disease and eczema. no other underlying conditions that I'm aware of. any ideas what caused this and if they're related?

Brief Answer:
Possibility of Raynauds phenomena

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Perhaps you had Raynaud's phenomena which manifests as colour changes (white, red and blue) in fingers and toes due to exposure to cold temperature in cold weather. The underlying cause is vasoconstriction of vessels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
