Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think this can just be related to dental issues.
It is normal that pulling of the teeth can cause mouth pain and discomfort.
I think you may be having tonsillitis or pharyngitis.
Infection and inflammation of tonsils and throat.
You can send me a picture of the throat to check it. Possibly you need to take antibiotics.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

This has been going on for several months an the stiff neck an pressure the dentist said my gums are healing great but I feel there is more to it I have heart burn alot an feel full along with my stomach being swollen I know something is goin on but drs have said my symptoms are to widespread I've always been healthy until last couple years an my just know the way i feel isnt normal
Brief Answer:
The stress may contribute to making symptoms worse.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think that the stiff neck is not related to dental issues. The stiff neck is probably caused by cervical spine issues such as spondyloarthritis.
The stomach issues may be related to gastritis or inflammation of the stomach.
Also, it seems like you are having much stress which can make these symptoms seem worse.
If things don't improve, I think you may need to visit a psychologist too for further check-up.
Regards
