Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for reaching out at Ask A Doctor
I have gone through your reports and see that cholesterol is on higher level ,vitamin D deficiency ,Hb on lower side indicating mild anemia and the liver function test abnormality could be because of any recent infection and not alarming . In view of cholesterol elevation I would recommend diet and lifestyle modification, maintain weight according to BMI and regular exercise .In view of Vitamin D deficiency I would recommend Shelcal XT Tablet 1 everyday after food for 1 month and consume a lot of iron rich food in view of decreased Hb .
Hope I have addressed your query
