Brief Answer:
The chance of getting pregnant is very less in your case. Detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and below is my advise and answers of your questions.
I pill is very effective in preventing pregnancy (approximately 96%) if taken within 72 hour of unprotected intercourse.
So chance of pregnancy very less in your case. However very minor risk up to 2-3% can be still there.
So if your next period delayed anyhow than urine beta hcg card test can be done to exclude pregnancy.
Routine blood and urine routine microscopic examination report cannot rule out pregnancy and can't provide any information regarding pregnancy.
Your doctor has suggested to investigate with CBC and urine test just to exclude bacterial infection of urinary tract.
Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can answer more for you.
Best regards.

I have attached my urine and blood reports. There is some issue with the WBC counts(neutrophils and leucocystes) in blood report and also there are some range mentioned for urine report. Can you please tell me what is that? Whats there in my report?
Brief Answer:
Request for review of attached reports.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your reports and below is my advise.
Your attached urine report is normal and no need to worry about that.
The 1-2 pus cells and 4-6 epithelial cells can be seen in urine normally.
Your CBC report shows mild elevation of total leukocyte count and neutrophils.
So there can be mild form of bacterial infection.
You can discuss with your doctor about starting short course of antibiotic if your doctor feels that.
However the total leukocyte count and neutrophils not elevated to alarming level that need urgen treatment.
Hope this will help you.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
