Question: I hav a persistent dull pain under my left breast. It’s not on my breach but under it, maybe right above rib cage. Dull, constant pain. If I sleep on my left side it’s worse and I can feel all the way through my back. It has gotten worse lately.

Brief Answer:
Costochondritis is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the pain you are having may be caused by costochondritis or a muscle strain that you possibly have.
Costochondritis is inflammation o the rib junction to the breast bone.
I can suggest you to take painkillers such advil or naproxen for pain and inflammation.
Also doing stretching may help.
Taking corticosteroids may help reduce inflammation.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
