Thank you Doctor - I appreciate the response! I figured there was some sort of link between upset stomach and causing stress.
As for health - I don't think I worry about it to a degree of needing medication. Over 3 years ago I had afib - prior to that I wasnt living very healthy (though not terrible). Since then - I quit smoking, alcohol, lost weight and eat very clean. To the point that if I eat something unhealthy (high in sugar, sodium, fat) once in awhile - I feel like it causes me anxiety, or hurts me or I risk afig again (even though my doctor says thats not the case). I come from a family history (dad and mom) of people who didnt live healthy lifestyles - yet were healthy anyway and lived well into their 80s and 90s. This is MANY people on both sides - nearly everyone has lived unhealthy and good quality of life.

Hello and thanks for follow up,
Have gone through your response dear,
Atrial fibrillation can have many causes and your cardiologist might have ruled the cause but I feel that you are overthinking right now.
Eating clean is good but in moderation nothing would cause problem ranging from sugar to salt any thing in moderation is ok.
I would suggest you to meet a pyschologist / pyschiatrist and discuss your details with him and get a prescription for SSRI.
Basically OCD can be of two types-
1)Pyschosis- In which patient feels that there is some problem.
2)Neurosis-In which patient feels there is only small problem or no problem but in reality there is a gross problem going on.
So would suggest you to take things seriously.
Thank you.

Hi - thank you Doctor - I appreciate your response! I wouldnt go that route - I wouldn't take medication anyway. Talking a counselor has helped me in the past. At this point - Ive come along way in life and I feel pretty good most days. Most everyday. I do appreciate your confirmation on my issues - that is very helpful. I know I overthink things and put too much pressure on myself - I feel I can work those things out myself. thank you again! and have a great day!
