
I Have 2 Small Hard Bumps On My Penis 1

Question: I have 2 small hard bumps on my penis 1 is on my penis the other 1 is on my sack..they dont hurt at all..trying to figure out what it could be

I see the photo you attached on reports.
Seeing the photo and taking count that they don't hurt I believe they are sebaceous cysts . It is caused by blocking of sebaceous gland and accumulation of sebum.
I recommend you to use cold and worm compresses and also massage it to help it drain.
If it doesn't burst itself you may need to go to surgeon to drain it.

Yes they are both under my skin how can I stop more from appearing?

You just can clear skin often with a special soap and water.
Keep skin mostourised with creams to stop stimulate overproduction.
Using deleted salicylic acid also can help.
