I Have 3-4 Raised Whitest Lumps On My Upper Right

Question: I have 3-4 raised whitest lumps on my upper right gum. They are very hard. I noticed them because it became difficult to put pressure on my teeth when chewing. My teeth are normally not sensitive. I have no fever, no inflammation. I did have a benign jaw bone cyst/tumor in my left mandibular 8 years ago removed. It swelled inwardly expanding the jawbone. These are hard lumps on the surface of bone above my canine and back to molars. There is pressure like pain around it. The left side is normal.

Brief Answer:
Please consult a Dental surgeon. These swellings may be any granuloma
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Please consult a Dental surgeon for a clinical check-up. These swellings may be any granuloma of the gums or any benign tumor, like a dentigerous cyst. So better to get yourself checked.
If needed you may undergo a biopsy of the swelling. If it comes up any infection then you need an antibiotic to get cured. Else if there is any tumor then it needs to be removed.
Please review if you have any queries.

Guidelines? I saw my family doctor because the first doctor that answered my question said it was canker sores. My family doctor said it is not canker sores at all. He said I must see a dentist to have a panoramic CT then go from there once I have the results. My oral surgeon is still practicing so once I have results I’ll call his office.
Your answer confirmed what my family doctor said. I appreciate it. Thank you.
