I read your query and see the picture you attached and here is my advice .
There are three small haematoma in the frenulum. Most probably they can be caused due to minor trauma while chewing food.
You may avoid major movements of tongue which may cause trauma. No specific treatment is needed. In case of pain use paracetamol.
