Hello,

I have gone through your query and have viewed the attached image....and here is my advice.

There is lot of blood supply to lingual frenulum and lots of blood capillaries which are situated peripheraly and are prone to get hurt very easily ...so I think it may be due to injury while chewing food and I don't think it is significant.

It may disappear/ resolve on its own..no active management is required.

In case you have pain, you can take Tab Acetaminophen for relief.

Kindly maintain proper oral hygiene and keep your self well hydrated.
