I Have Anal Burning Since Last 5 Days..I Have Haemorrhoids

Question: I have Anal burning since last 5 days..I have haemorrhoids also..I had a surgery for perineal abscess in 2008..I have taken a picture of anal area and attaching it..Kindly see..There are big cuts like fissures..Kindly have a look please..I have applied steroid plus antibacterial plus antifungal ointments..But no use..I have bought nifedipine ointment but not applied yet..Kindly have a look and suggest treatment plan please..Revert asap.

I saw the picture.
As per the picture, there are two haemorrhoids.The superficial layer of skin is lost over one Haemorrhoid.It could be the reason for burning pain.
Please do not apply Steroid or Anti fungal cream over the raw surface.
There are no fissures.Fissure is a crack inside the anal.canal.It causes pain during defecation.Nifedipine ointment helps in Fissure only.As Fissure is not seen in the picture, please do not use it.
Please take high fiber diet.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Drink plenty of liquids.
Yellow spots that are seen in the pic are not Fissure.They look like infection of that area.Antibiotic like Ofloxacin and Metronidazole will help.
As per the picture,I suggest you to get operated for Piles.It is a simple procedure.It can be done as a Day care surgery.

Dear Sir Is there laser surgery for piles? How it is done? So till I dont want to get operated what can be done to heal these 2 hemorrhoids?Any good piles ointment for healing this?

At this stage, Ointment doesn't help for Piles.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
In early stages of piles,they are not seen externally.They are present only inside.If they are seen outside as Bulging,they should be removed.
Laser treatment is one form of treating Piles.The pile mass will be ablated with Laser rays.It will be present in few centres.
Ointment may not be helpful at this stage.
Please follow dietary modifications as described previously.Avoid spicy foods.Please sit in a Tub containing warm water.It may give some relief.
Nothing to worry.

So there is no way of healing these wounds on hemorrhoids? Any steroid or antibiotic ointments?For time being I dont want to go piles surgery? How to heal these sir? kindly help

Wound over Haemorrhoid can be healed by Antibiotic ointment like Mupirocin, Providone iodine etc.
You can try with dietary modifications.
Bath of the anal area in Warm water will be beneficial.
Treatment of Grade3 and 4 is by Surgery only.
