Brief Answer:
You may need to consult vascular surgeon .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ask a doctor service,

I have gone through your query in detail and can certainly understand your concern towards your symptoms.

It could be completely related to vascular problem as your ecg is normal which indicates heart condition is appropriate.

So I would advise you to please consult vascular surgeon regarding this as there might be some obstruction in the vessels that is restricting the flow of blood.

Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.
