Brief Answer:
Please go through detailed answer dear.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query my dear patient,
Have seen your details and i appreciate your problems.
As per your query regarding elevation of a particular enzyme is concerned see every human body is a different ecosystem(a complete new machinery) and all the parameters designed by medical science depends on the findings they get on 95℅ cases. For example its not necessary that every person with yellow eyes have jaundice.
From what duration do you have yellow eyes?
Was a serum direct indirect and total bilirubin test done?
You are having itching on body also all are suggestive of hepatitis.Secondly its not necessary that every that i a particular illness every parameter is deranged and therefore a doctor does not treat numbers rather he treats symptoms and patient.
I would suggest you to go for the following tests now-
Total bilirubin
Direct and Indirect bilirubin

Now if you need treatment specifically for Hepatitis B(anti virals) depends on what is the viral load(amount of virus present in body at present)
For that Few more tests like HbeAg etc has to be done.
However firstly to access the level of jaundice(yellow ness) Bilirubin test should be done.

Hepatitis B have both phases acute and chronic.
Acute phase is the phase when each and every parameter is grossly deranged while in chronic phase though infection is in body yet viral load is too less for treatment.
If viral load is high anti virals are given however if its very low nothing is done.
Hope i was easy to understand,
Follow ups are welcome.
Thank you.
