Question: I have OCD and on the SSRI Trintellix. I discussed my libido and climaxing problem with "Ask a Doctor" urologist Dr, P.T. XXXXXXX He suggested switch from Viagra to Cialis. My internist agreed and wrote me an RX for 5mg daily and 20 mg before sexual intercourse. I am aware that Viagra and Cialis does not really help Libido or Climaxing but since Cialis gives you a longer lasting erection it may help the climaxing problem. Do you agree?
My internist checked my Testosterone and I have the level of a 20 year old however, the SSRI blocks libido. Is there anything else that I can also take for libido and climaxing with Cialis?
Final question - I read on the drug interactions from the pharmacist that fungicides may affect the full benefit of Cialis?. I am on the fungicide Fluconazole 150 mg every 3 days to prevent jock itch because I seem to have it frequently.
