As detailed below.

Thanks for your feedback.
To answer your specific queries.
There are 2 techniques widely followed in XXXXXXX
The Old one is an open approach wherein the surgery is though a large incision in the skin, separating the sac, clearing the fascia, removing the hernia sac, closure of the defect in single layer or double breasting and then fixing a large prolene mesh to support and strengthen the repair. Results are obviously great as this an age-old method.
The cons are a long incision hence a long scar. Pain may be more. Mobility is bit restricted and takes a bit longer than new technique.
Latest technique is Laparoscopic repair in which there are few incision ranging from 5 to 10 mm.
The hernia is reduced from within the abdomen.
Gap may be repaired.
There is a special mesh which is attached to the gap through which hernia occurred and thus the mesh takes care of stopping the protrusion of hernia.
In this technique the incisions are small and may not be visible after good healing. Pain is relatively less. Ambulation/mobility is earlier than the old technique.
The cons are: The cost is far more than the open method. Needs to be done by an expert in the filed.
The results are great if the procedure is done by an expert in this field.
And I am sure you will find such centers performing Laparoscopic hernia repair in Jaipur/ XXXXXXX
The choice between the two depends upon many a factors: to name a few important:
Your choice whether for an old established method or for newer technique as detailed above.
Size of hernia.
Size of opening in hernia (neck).
Whether the contents are attached from within or are free from the sac.
Obesity.
and so on.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Talk to the people around to find who has undergone umbilical hernia surgeries as you get the most proper feedback about the procedure, the pros and cons, also comes to know about the best centers with most experienced Surgeon.
If there are no complications or symptoms at the moment, take your time to research well before taking final decision.
I hope this answers your query and helps in decision making.
Feel free to ask for any further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Please give feedback.
Take care.
