Brief Answer:
ORS and good nutrition needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This seems to be a viral Gastroenteritis probably due to Rotavirus.
It is a harmless condition and recovers by itself in a few days.
I will suggest the following:
- All precautions for coronavirus including isolation of the baby as fever can lower his immunity
- Oral Rehydration Solution after every loose motion and vomiting. He will drink it as per his thirst. He may want different fluids for a change of taste, so keep them handy. However keep juice and milk to a minimum
- Good nutrition with a variety of foods that he wants to eat
- Oral Ondansetron syrup for vomiting upto 2 times a day
- If his condition doesnt improve in total of 5 days since onset of symptoms then antibiotics maybe needed.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
