Brief Answer:
These can be taken with caution or in limits under guidance of gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your query.

Uricalm contains phenazopyridine (for relief of pain and burning during urination). It is considered category B drug for use during pregnancy. It means that studies have not been conducted in pregnant humans but its safety has been proven in animal studies. So take it only if needed.

Cefalexin is an antibiotic. It is also considered category B drug for use during pregnancy and should be taken only if its use has been proven in urine microscopy, culture and sensitivity test that bacteria is present in urine that is sensitive to this antibiotic.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
