If the baby is having symptoms such as blue-tinged skin or fast breathing you should go in the emergency room.

She doesn’t have any of these symptoms. My other concern for organ damage is that could some babies have asymptomatic lung or heart contusion even tho they might have internal injury?
Brief Answer:
A chest x-ray should be done to exclude any possibility.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
Lung or heart rarely can be asymptomatic but it can happen.
The only way to be sure that the baby is fine is to go in the emergency room.
A chest x-ray and an abdominal ultrasound can be done to exclude any possibility.
Hope my answer was helpful.
Wishing to you and your baby a good health.
