Breast Cancer at the age of 15 is very very rare.
You should be investigated.
Ultrasound of the breast should be done.Then FNAC(Fine needle aspiration cytology) should be done
if there is a suspicious lesion in Ultrasound.
At the age of 15,chances of Gynaecomastia is more.In some,it will get reduced spontaneously after certain age like 22/23 years.
Please consult a General Surgeon/Breast Surgeon ,get examined Clinically and proceed further.
