Detailed Answer:
Hello There

After carefully going through your medical query I understand your concern about your son and I would like to tell you that these XXXXXXX bumps are basically drooling rash which is very common.

You can simply try a home care at least for a week to see a good recovery. Do the followings

1. Apply thin layer of petroleum jelly on your baby’s dry skin around lips, so that it can work as a thin layer between skin and drool material

2. Clean your baby’s face with plan water every time after meals and wipe with a soft cloth.

3. Do not use any scented lotions on baby’s skin as they can worsen these tiny rashes.

If your rash is cracked, weepy or have pain then consult a Pediatrition personally for proper physical examination.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
