I Have A Bruise ...nearly Circular With A White Spot

Question: I have a bruise...nearly circular with a white spot in the middle. it initially started out small, but after a week it grew to about 1in. still circular and hasn't healed at all. doesn't hurt when it press on it. I don't recall hitting anything either.

The typical circular rash with white scaly skin in the middle.
