Question: I have a bulge on my right buttock curvature towards the anus. I have consulted a surgeon and he suggested that I'll have to go to a surgey. But I'm worried about the healing as they'll need to cut a small part on buttock to drain out the pus. But is there anyway I can be healed naturally by any exercises or diet?

As per your description,it could be a Pilonidal sinus with cyst and abscess formation.
But,I can confirm the diagnosis only after seeing the pic.
What did the Doctor said about your Problem and the Diagnosis?
In case of an Abscess, pus has to be drained.
Please Post a pic showing the problem site.
Once pus is collected,it has to be drained surgically by a small cut.There are no exercises or diet to reduce it.
Do not worry.It can be done under day care procedure.
After drainage of pus, Antibiotics and Anti inflammatory tablets have to be given.
