Brief Answer:
Very likely this is a ganglion cyst, further advices given

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome at "Ask a Doctor" service,

The structure on your wrist seems like a ganglion cyst, which is a cyst with fluids from the joints underneath at the wrist area. It is a very common finding and is not dangerous.

Here are some advices and possible treatments:

- Because repetitive activities at the wrist are the cause of ganglion cyst, immobilizing the wrist with a brace for a while might help the cyst get smaller.
- Many times, especially if it is not so painful or bothersome, patients may choose just to watch it with time. It may get smaller on its own or just stay the same and if it continues to grow they can ask medical attention.
- Do not try to crush the cyst, do not puncture it with a needle as this may cause complication with infections.
- A visit with the doctor will help confirm the diagnosis and your doctor might also aspirate the fluids which may cause the cyst to disappear.
- If the cyst comes back again then surgical removal can be tried.

I hope this is helps and answers your query. Let me know if it can assist you further.
