Brief Answer:
Please give details and photos (if possible)

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short.
Hemorrhoids are usually painless and can cause prolapsing swelling and bleeding. The pain come on only if there is prolapse or they get thrombosed.
The commonest causes for burning sensation around anus are one of the following:
Fissure in ano, this means small cuts in the front and/or back/both portions of the anus.
Excoriation of skin around anus due to infective diarrhea/ local skin problems like dermatitis/thinning.
You may post clear and focused phots. And also give detailed history:
Since when is the problem present?
Is it recurrent that is coming again and again?
Are the stools hard or loose?
Any problems in abdomen like pain, gases, bloating?
Any stress or anxiety?
Any intolerance to any specific foods/beverages.
-
Keep the area clean by warm water cleaning and then making/keeping the area dry.
Do not apply anything locally.
Avoid the foods that instigate or enhance your problems.
