Brief Answer:
Promethazine can help

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You may try taking Promethazine tablet orally half an hour prior to starting the journey. I think that should take care of your motion sickness. If that does not help, it would be a good idea to get an MRI of the brain done. A thorough neurological evaluation and an ENT examination will help in clearing the doubts but as of now promethazine should suffice.

Regards
