Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this is probably due to sinusitis with or without otitis media. I would recommend that you take an antihistaminic such as citrizine once daily before going to bed together with a cough suppressant as dextromethorphane and a mucolytic as mucin every eight hours. however, if you develop fever then you will need an antibiotic..
