Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
It is fungal infections.
You need treatment with oral and topical antifungal medication.
A combination of Capsule fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 8 weeks and ointment clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for same duration should be helpful.
