Brief Answer:
Regarding your skin complaints

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.

The marks on your legs are eczematous in nature. I suggest you to use a moisturizer regularly. In addition to that I suggest you to use a potent topical steroid e.g Tenovate cream twice daily for the patches. Also you may take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching. For dandruff you may use Scalpe shampoo every alternate days. Lather it well and allow it to act for 5 minutes before rinsing it off. NMFe lip balm or Blistex lip balm may be used for dry lips. Eyebrow thinning can be a sign of hypothyroidism therefore you may get your thyroid screen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Thank you doctor for your very informative answer. For how many days should I use the Tenovate cream? Is it necessary to take Cetrizine if there is no itching?

I have another question. There is some roughness and dryness on a section of my right eyebrow, not the whole eyebrow. It is only there on one eyebrow. Can you suggest something to apply there?

What kind of diet can we follow to curb the problem of dry skin and dandruff

Once again, thank you.

Brief Answer:
Regarding eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Use a moisturizer regularlyon affected area. Tenovate cream can be used for 3-4 weeks. If there is no itching you can avoid Cetrizine. For dry patch on eyebrow you can use fluticasone propionate 0.05 %cream (Flutivate cream) twice daily for 2 weeks. It is a prescription medication. There are no dietary recommendations or restrictions for dry skin and dandruff. You may use an intensive moisturizer regularly twice a day, after bath and in evening.
Take care
