I Have A Four Years Old Daughter. She Had Small

Question: I have a four years old daughter. She had small reddish points in around and under her knee. It is like dark apple red. It was not that much at started. But it spread on her leg quickly, small dots to bigger patches. She is fine and healthy. She didn't have any fever. Just her ankles are sour and hurt. I thought maybe because of the redness it is psychological. What should I do?
