Question: I have a growth on top of my head I pick it off but it comes back several times feels crusty and about the size of large pimple

I have reviewed your query. I think that perhaps you have Actinic Keratosis on your scalp. They present as red, crusty/ scaly, asymptomatic growths on sun-exposed skin.
