When was the last upper GI Endoscopy and Barium swallow done?
How many times and when do you take Alcogant?
Any Motility regulator like Domperidone or Metoclopramide? (Needs a valid prescription).
Do you mean to say that you lost 25 lbs in 25 days?
How much is the fresh WBC count ?
Was Surgery advised for hiatus hernia? Any consultation with Gastroenterologist or Gastro Surgeon?

The GI Endoscopy was done in 01/29/2015. I try sending the GI Endoscopy report I hope you get it.I took the Ulcogant 3 times a day 10 mins before meals for one week. I did not get a Barium Swallow done. I lost the 20lb in to weeks because of anxiety and not eating much.the WBC having retaken as yet only three day i finish take the antibiotics. I was not refer to gastro surgeon because they was more thinking it asthma.which seems mild not taking in to consideration the Hiatus hernia.

Brief Answer:
As discussed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Please take Alcogant when on empty stomach say 3 hours before or after food/breakfast.
Small frequent meals.
Oh garlic, it can cause severe gastritis. Stop it altogether.
Well, anxiety is one of the most important cause of gastritis and GERD, esophagitis. You have to get it controlled.
Walk around after food.
Have early dinner and sleep after few hours after, preferably in a reclining position.
Get a prescription for Domperidone or Metoclopramide as this will help to control the reflux.
Give feedback.
Take care.
Get started with alteration.
