Hi,
Welcome to Ask a Doctor. I am Dr. Ramawani Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

It is important that you see a Gynecologist/infertility specialist and your husband should see a urologist see if he has any infection. Even if no infection is detected it is better he takes a course of antibiotics.

Please get an ultrasound of the urinary system. After you are treated for this UTI infection it is important that you repeat the test to make sure that the infection is completely eradicated.
Vitiligo and this infection have no relation.

During your surgery 6 months ago did the doctor confirm the patency of the other fallopian tube. If it has not been done, get that done by hysterosalpingography after the infection treatment.
In case the other tube is blocked, it is recommended to plan for a test-tube baby.

Start taking a tablet of folic acid daily since you are planning a pregnancy
If you have further concerns I will be happy to answer...

What family of antibiotics do you recommend for my husband to take in case the bacteria is not deducted? That could help me relive the issue so we can ask the doctor about it, and as for the second fallopian tube my doctor told me it was fine at the time of the surgury because my problem was no blockage it was that the infected fallopian tube was sooo big and full of liquid , do you think that my husbad has any infection in the groin or prostate that is causing the slow sperm progression?! And is causing my infections or is it the Uti only ?

Hi,
Welcome back.

Your husband needs to see Urologist for evaluation of any prostate infection.
In my practice in a scenario where no infection is detected in the husband and wife relates her symptoms to intercourse I usually treat the husband with Azithromycin. Do discuss this with your doctor.

As regards the fallopian tube, the very fact that it was full of liquid, means that it was blocked. Although the second fallopian tube looked fine, it is prudent to test for its patency.
As written above, it is important that you get treatment for UTI and make sure that it is completely eradicated by repeat testing after treatment.
If you have further concerns, do write to me.
