Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short.
Please provide additional information for me to assist you better:
Age and gender please.
Any associated medical problems like diabetes or so?
Post photos - clear and focused in JPEG format attached to this query.
Any medicines are you taking or prescribed?
Looking at the history this looks of a concern, the infection/edema has traversed through a potential plane of subaponeurotic space, although it is limited to upper eyelid only; spread below is still of more concern.
Awaiting.

Brief Answer:
Spread of edema.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for feedback and photos.
These show spread of edema from the infection site as explained above.
Please take an anti-inflammatory and you also need a prescription based antibiotic to avoid any complication of spread of an active infection.
Timely surgery for the infected cyst on scalp will avoid further complications in future.
Take care.
Please do not press on the knot on scalp.
No need of any local massage or so.
You can apply liquid povidone iodine locally over the infected part.
Have proper review for Grave's and have readjusted or additional doses if advised so.
