Brief Answer:
Antibodies present against red cells
Detailed Answer:
This report suggests that the patient has got antibodies in her serum, which are reacting with all red cells. Reason is unclear, previous transfusion or pregnancy can trigger this. Sometimes, no cause is found.
This has two implications, if patient needs transfusion, it may be difficult to find a blood donor whose blood is not reacting with her. And when she gets pregnant, and if Rh negative then the antibody or antibodies present must be identified. If she has a different antibody than anti D, then the RhIg injection can be given to prevent her from producing antibodies to the D antigen.
So, as suggested, we should send her blood to a specialised lab to find out the exact antigens to which she is reacting.
Hope this helps.
Regards

Hello does she need a direct Coombs test also ? I am concerned something else is going on . Her last CBC w diff was normal . No symptoms . No rheum disease known
Brief Answer:
Direct coombs test done already
Detailed Answer:
The direct antiglobulin test, also known as direct coombs test is already done and it is negative. So it's not autoimmune probably.
Need to get assessed at specialised hematology center with experience on these.
