I Have A Little Bit Of Pink On The Right
Question: I have a little bit of pink on the right side of my right eye and at times some discomfort. About 2 days ago when I used benzoyl peroxide, I was worried that it might have gotten too close to my eyelid (though it didn't actually get in the eye). I don't know if that's related. The pink and the discomfort are just mild. What does this sound like? I have red eye remover drops. Should I use those? My vision seems fine and I don't have any other symptoms. Thanks.

Hey thanks for the question . You may be developing conjunctivitis commonly known as eye flu . If the redness is increasing especially with morning discharge you need to go for an appointment as you will need prowpr treatment for it in form of antibiotics and anti indlammatories . If benzoyl peroxide had gone inside the eye it can also cause dryness, redness and itching but as it had not gone then I dont think its the cause .Hope my answer helps you . Regards
