Brief Answer:
Symptoms are most likely due to the pinched nerves in the back.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr. Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, the most likely cause of your symptoms is the pinched nerve in the lower back. Common symptoms of a slipped disc include back and leg pain.

Please check the vitamin D levels to rule out the deficiency.

If symptoms are troublesome, you may take Pregabalin capsules for relief from pain (prescription based medication).

I hope my answer helps.
Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Brief Answer:
Muscle twitches can be due to lower back issues.

Detailed Answer:
Muscle twitches can occur due to the low back issue. A pinched nerve in the back can cause radiculopathy (compression of the nerve) resulting in pain and muscle twitches.

Medicines and physiotherapy will help.

Answered by Dr. Sudhir Kumar (9 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Urinary symptoms are not related to back issue.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for uploading the MRI and X-ray reports.

These findings indicate mild disc disease and can explain your back and leg pain. However, there is no relation between your urinary symptoms and low back issue.

Best wishes,
