I feel like there could be 2 different things going on. This is the only part on my head that has red bumps. the rest of the lumps on my head look just like my scalp and don't show up in a photo. the red one is more tender and painful compared to the others. it hurts when I'm not touching it where the other ones only hurt if I press on them.
Brief Answer:
Scalp folliculitis.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
I have gone through the picture. It looks like scalp folliculitis ( hair bed infection).
Topical antibiotics like fusidic acid gel or erythromycin solution can be applied.
Taking vitamin C will be helpful to heal faster.
Antihistamines like cetirizine will be helpful to get relief from itching and irritation.
Oral antibiotics also will be needed if no improvement. For this I would suggest antibiotics like Co Amoxiclav for 7 days. It is a prescription antibiotic.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
