I Have A Lump Below My Butthole I Believed It Be A Hemorrhoid

Question: I have a lump below my butthole I believed it be a hemorrhoid so I got preparations H and been using that for a day I’ve been in serious pain since waking up and I now have pain in my butthole and into my testicles
Brief Answer:
Not hemorrhoids but folliculitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I see the photo you attached and it is not haemorrhoids.
It looks like folliculitis or infection of the hair follicles.
I think it will not get cured using hemorrhoids ointment so you better stop using it.
You may need to use antibiotics ointment or pills and if it doesn't get better you may need to surgically open it to drain it .
Use acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain , discomfort and inflammation.
Hope I have answered the question.
