Question: I have a lump in my armpit after arthroscopic shoulder surgery

I can't lift my arm to look my surgery was 3weeks ago I had to have a screw and tendons repaired and a bio patch it has been hard to wash under my arm so it has been very hot a sweaty but was able to wash under it yesterday and felt the lump
