Brief Answer:
It could be the Submandibular salivary gland

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per your description, it could be a Submandibular salivary gland. It is enlarged in cases of Infection, Stone obstruction of its duct, benign or malignant conditions.

You should be investigated.
Ultrasound of the neck should be done. Xray of the neck should be taken to rule out stone in the duct of the salivary gland. Stone causes pain while chewing. If necessary, FNAC(FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY) should be done to confirm the exact nature of the diagnosis.

Please post a picture if you have no objection
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.
Nothing to worry about.

Hope I answered your question
Please come back after investigations, I will clarify further.

Wish you good health and speedy recovery
Regards
