Question: I have a mildly elevated d-dimer(no clotts). lacy pattern on legs and trunk, and dermagraphsim. joint pain, muscle exahustion, can these be linked to the lacy pattern?

Hello

After reviewing the the images attached by you I would like to tell you that d dimers are not associated with such skin presentation specially on trunk. If only lower limbs were involved then we could have thought of DVT which doesn’t seems like to be the current scenario.

It doesn’t look like dermatographism to me at least not from the image provided by you as it present with raised skin margins and is also temporary.

As you have joint pain with this skin presentation I would like to suggest you to kindly consult a Rheumatologist personally (better if you can consult someone from some medical college who are involved in research work and rare case exposures).
