Go for biopsy
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for writing in.
There can be various causes for mouth ulcer like vitamin b12 or folic acid deficiency, gastric problem, trauma and many others. If its been more than 3 weeks then its better to see an oral surgeon and get a biopsy done. In the meantime, you can take folic acid and apply some anaesthetic gel for symptomatic relief.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks
