
I Have A Pain In My Left Knee When I

Question: I have a pain in my left knee when I mount the stairs. It is less painful when I descend. The knee cap looks normal . There is mild discomfort but no tangible pain when I walk on flat ground.

Have you done an xray of the knee?
Is it involving one or both knees?
Chondromalacia patellae can cause patella cartilage disorder and pain on sitting on chair and getting up or climbing upstairs.
