If you have previous history of heart disease or diabetes or high Blood pressure, I suggest you to dial 911 or go to ER.
If you do not have concerning symptoms like I asked you, I suggest you to get double dose MOTRIN or ADVIL or IBUPROFEN up to 400mg single dose for tonight.
