I have no diseases. I had gapapentin prescribed but does not work. I have no previous conditions.
I have detailed the symptoms already. Mouse coming from GAN nerve which has its nerve endings ending in the pinnas.
I have had two surgeons who gave prescriptions and one consultant who is considering botox but this will not work as I need the GAN nerve checked with a nerve block to see if it is the culprit. The Mri scan will show nothing.
The symptoms have been detailed. Some burning of the nerves on the scalp from small nerve ends as the recovery process has progressed to this stage.
I paid for an answer from a surgeon not a doctor or at least a specialist. Not endless questions.

I will explain as follows.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I have read your follow-up question.
Surgery for greater auricular neuropathy is reserved only in cases of failure of the other treatment ways.
I see from your information that the nerve block has not been tried yet.
Nerve blocks (anesthetic blockade) in such cases aim for both, confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.
So, my suggestion is, in your case, nerve block should be tried first.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask if you have further questions.
