Brief Answer:
You need to be examined by a Urologist and some test need to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr Bhuvnesh,

Welcome back on Ask a Doctor Service.

Difficulty holding back urine is indicative of either overflow incontinence or urge incontinence or neurogenic bladder, whatever the cause is, we need to find out the exact cause and treat it accordingly.

I urge you to kindly visit a urologist nearest to you and get yourself evaluated well which will include some investigations like ultrasound scan, urodynamic study etc.

Please proceed with consultation as suggested.

Hope you will get better soon.

Best regards
