About 4 hours ago I washed my face and I noticed a small pimple. I popped it, no issue very small. Clear liquid started leaking from the site. The skin around and now my full chin is hard and all the pores are leaking clear fluid. There is no pain, just a tight feeling on the skin. I cleaned with a sulfur face cleanser and the fluid dripped out of the pores. I’m currently on an antibiotic for a small infection in my eyelid. The leaking continues but doesn’t make the lump go down, so I’ve been cleaning with alcohol.

The site won’t let me attach a picture
Brief Answer:
Apply topical antibiotics.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have seen the photographs.
It seems like a subcutaneous infection possibly due to ruptured acne.
As of now clean the area with soap and water and apply over the counter available topical antibiotics like mupirocin. Apply hot fomentation with clean cotton. Nothing much to worry and you will be fine in couple of days.
If there is spread to adjacent area, oral antibiotics may be required.
Thanks
