Question: I have a question i have cold sores and when i washed my face the water that i rised my face with that touched my cold sores dripped down to my breast and i breastfeed should i have to worry about infecting my breast with it? And my baby who is 3 months old

You need not worry about infecting your baby and the your breasts with the rinsed water.
This water won’t carry the infection.

The water simply dripped down. It won’t cause any infection.
